Poles = length ÷ span, rounded up. Conductor (km) = wires × length × (1 + sag%) ÷ 1000. With your samples: 460 m → 10 poles and 1.401 km; a 20 m LT line → 1 pole and 0.082 km.

{subdiv} and {section} are filled in from the Section and Sub-division fields above.

Start typing a particular to pick it from the Common SR 2025-26 rate list; that fills in the unit, material rate and labour rate. ↳ makes a row a sub-item of the row above, like item 12 i/ii/iii in Part-B. L charges that row's labour as a lump sum instead of rate × qty.

Abstract (Common SR 2025-26, Table-1)

Following the 13-04-2026 order: ASL is charged on labour only. OH and CP are each charged on Sl. 1–3, never on each other. GST is charged on Sl. 6. The grand total is rounded to the nearest rupee.

Leave the name fields blank to fill them from the Details tab (village, MUSS and feeder); the greyed text shows what will be used. The feeder diagram is kept when you start a new estimate, so for the same feeder you only change the new load and its node.

HTVR % = Total KVA·KM × constant ÷ (factor × 100). Each segment's KVA·KM = all load at and beyond its far node × its length. Your samples use 0.0636 with factor 1.5 (estimation 2) or factor 1 (63 kVA estimate).

Feeder segments (from substation outward)
The node farthest from the substation is A. Load = existing DTC kVA at that node.
